• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to extra charges.
  
  
  

3. Client Responsibilities

• Supply necessary materials (e.g., content, images, access credentials) in a timely manner.

4. Payments

• Clients must pay a deposit (typically 50% or as agreed) before work begins.
  
  
• Full payment must be made upon project completion and before final delivery.

5. Revisions and Changes

• A specified number of revisions are included in the service package.
  
  
• Additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
  
  
  

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
  
  
• S&W Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  
  
  

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.
  
  
  

8. Cancellation Policy

• Clients can cancel projects before the work starts with no penalty.
  
  
• If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, S&W Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment proportional to the work completed.

10. Service Delivery

• Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all project files.
  
  
  

12. Third-Party Services

• Where third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins) are involved, the client agrees to the third party’s terms and conditions.
  
  
• S&W Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
  
  
  

13. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make agreed payments.
  
  
  

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Sukkur, Sindh.
