- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeline without a valid reason.
- Major Technical Errors: If there are critical errors in the final product that we are unable to fix after multiple revision attempts.
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Service dissatisfaction due to unclear client requirements
- Delay in project delivery caused by client-side inaction or communication gaps
- Work completed based on the agreed scope and client approvals
- Third-party issues (e.g., hosting, domains, software licensing) outside of our control
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:

- Our team will review your case and respond within 7 business days.
5. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or cash) within 10–15 business days after confirmation.
6. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel the project before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
- If cancellation occurs after partial work is completed, only the unused portion of the payment may be refunded (after deducting applicable service charges).
